THE Melksham community gathered earlier this month for the annual Civic Service, hosted by Melksham Town Council and the Family of Churches for Melksham.
A service held at St Michael and All Angels’ Church in Canon Square was a celebration of community life, as well as a service of welcome to the mayor and town council.
After the service, a reception was held at the Assembly Hall, with refreshments provided by the Family of Churches. A spokesperson for the town council said, “Thanks to everyone who helped make the event go smoothly.” Photo Linda DeSantiz
