THE White Hart at Atworth is hosting live music and the monthly ‘Village get Together’ in the coming weeks’ for all the community to get involved with.
This Sunday, 25th November, to celebrate the start of Christmas and National Cake Day, the pub’s ‘Village Get Together’ will have a ‘sugar and spice and all things nice’ theme.
Organisers say, “Join us for cake, mulled wine, mince pies, and kid’s activities! There will be biscuit decorating and villagers can learn how to make snow flakes. Christmas jumpers are encouraged!”
The event runs from 5pm until 8pm. The ‘Village Get Together’ takes place on the last Sunday of every month
On Sunday 2nd December, The White Hart has music from Blues Reviewed.
Composed of a number of stalwarts on the Wiltshire scene and formed five years ago, the band put their own stamp on a variety of numbers, both classic and new, from the likes of the Atlanta Rhythm Section to Joe Bonamassa.
Music starts at 4pm and goes until 7pm.
