Queensway Chapel Nursery is holding a table top sale on Saturday 21st March.
They say, “Queensway Chapel Nursery is a charity-run children’s nursery on Queensway in Melksham. We are advocates for recycling and have found that we are able to fundraise at the same time as help the environment. With funding for nurseries not increasing in line with our costs, we are having to come up with more ways to try and get money in. As well as table top sales and cake sales, we are continually recycling to get more money in.
“Our next table top sale is at Queensway Hall on 21st March 10.30am to 12noon. We will have lots of tables selling toys, games and household items, as well as glitter tattoos, face painting and refreshments.
“We currently recycle crisp packets, biscuit wrappers, Ella’s kitchen pouches, writing equipment (pens, felt tips, markers but not pencils), printer ink cartridges and Pringles cans.
“If anyone would like to help by passing on any of these items you are able to drop them into us between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. If you can’t make these times, please give us a call on 01225 709515 and we will try and arrange another time.”
