MELKSHAM Town Council’s 15 new councillors met for the first time at last week’s annual meeting.
It was the first ‘face-to-face’ meeting of the town council since the start of the pandemic in March last year; and the first meeting attended by newly-elected councillors.
The meeting was held at the Assembly Hall to allow for Covid restrictions to be observed. Some members of the public and press were in attendance, whilst the meeting was
live-streamed on YouTube to allow for other members of the public to watch from home.
