THE shopping parade on Bank Street comprising of ten commercial units has been sold for £1,275,000 after auction.
The stretch of shops from Barclays to G Hatto Barber Shop was made available at an auction held in Mayfair recently.
The row of businesses includes eight occupied premises and two empty units of which one is expected to become the new Melksham Post Office.
It is not known at this stage who the new owner is.
