A charity race night at the Cons Club raised £2,500 for Dorothy House Hospice Care.
The event was held on Saturday 14th March to support local resident Mel King, who is also running the London Marathon to raise funds for the hospice, which provides end-of-life palliative care locally.
Organiser David Little said, “It as a cracking evening. Big thanks to everyone who gave generously both in advance and on the night and to the Cons Club team. Also big thanks to the sponsors: FXMortgages, Avon Technologies, T&S Lux Electrical, SS Carpentry and Building Solutions, SJ Logistics, CrossFit Shearwater, The Works Hair & Beauty and Castle Combe Golf Club.”
