The popular Melksham Makers’ Market returns to the Market Place this Saturday, 25th April.
Now in its eighth year, the market has become a firm favourite in the town’s calendar, bringing together a carefully curated mix of talented local makers and artists.
Visitors can expect a vibrant atmosphere, with a blend of returning favourites alongside some exciting new traders joining for the first time this season.
The Melksham Makers’ Market is organised by local small business owners Nicola from The Secret Crocheter and Sarah from Florrie & Jean, with the support of Melksham Town Council.
“You’ll find everything from handmade gifts and homeware to plenty of delicious treats…perfect if you’re on the hunt for something special or just fancy a wander round the stalls,” said Nicola and Sarah.
“We honestly still get just as excited about the market now as we did when we first started it eight years ago. It’s such a lovely day for the town, full of friendly faces, talented makers, and that real sense of community. We’re so pleased to be back for another season, with lots of familiar faces returning and some brilliant new traders joining us too.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Melksham Town Council for their continued support in helping us bring the market to life each year. It really does make a difference.”
The market will run from 9am to 2pm in the Melksham Market Place and is free to attend.
