The next films to be shown at the Melksham Monday Movies Club are H is for Hawk and Fackham Hall.
On Monday 10th August, there will be a screening of H is for Hawk. After losing her beloved father, Helen finds herself saved by an unlikely friendship with a stubborn hawk named Mabel.
On Monday 24th August there will be a screening of Fackham Hall. A new porter forms an odd bond with the youngest daughter of a well-known UK family. As the Davenport family, headed by Lord and Lady Davenport, deals with the epic disaster of the wedding of their eldest daughter to her caddish cousin.
Both films will be screened at the Assembly Hall. Doors open at 1pm, with the film starting at 1.30pm.
There will be a break for tea or coffee and a chance to catch up with friends before the event finishes around 4pm. Admission is by donation, with a suggested amount of £5.
