Berryfield Fun Day, an annual community event at Berryfield Village Hall and surrounding grounds, was held on Saturday 15th August.
The event was organised by Berryfield and Semington Road Action Group (BASRAG) and this year, the sun shone obligingly.
In addition to the usual bouncy castle, the children attending this year also enjoyed giant versions of games such as Genka and Connect 4, while some youngsters enjoyed the challenge of a vintage 1980s game of Pacman and Galaxians.
PCSO Maggie Ledbury was present with her Wilts Police patrol car, which raised much interest from young attendees, especially her demonstration of a finger-printing kit.
Those children of an artistic nature (and some parents) enjoyed colouring their own cushions, the kits and fabric paints kindly provided by Marion Plumbley.
There were bric-a-brac stalls to browse and refreshments to enjoy. The afternoon was rounded off by a raffle, the top prize of a £10 voucher having been generously donated by Melksham Countrywide Store. After costs, a small profit was realised for BASRAG funds.
