ARRESTS were made in the town centre on Friday night, 21st August.
Police report, “It’s been a long night for the Neighbourhood Team alongside Team 3.
“Two males have been arrested and a further one reported for Summons following a disorder in Stratton’s Walk.
“Officers were attempting to offer First Aid and summon an ambulance for a drunk male, when a nearby group crowded around and became abusive.
“It doesn’t matter if people are “only 18”; that is not an excuse to behave in such an appalling way. We will continue to take a firm stance against such behaviour.”
