THE ArtHouse Café will this month be showcasing work by the Lacock Art Group.
“We hope we have entered a good selection of paintings in various sizes; fun and serious. If you are looking for a gift, redecorating a room, or just enjoy art, look no further,” said a spokesperson for the artists.
The group was established in 1989 by a few locals who felt there was a need to capture and paint the many features of the ancient village of Lacock.
The group has since grown in size and is made up of experienced members who can help and advise the not so experienced to develop their skills and progress further with their art.
Describing themselves as an enthusiastic, proactive group with varying abilities, styles and media, the group’s motto is, “To inform, encourage and inspire all who want to create.”
