A MELKSHAM business Little Pickles Markets recently received a boost from retail entrepreneur and ‘Ex-Dragon’ Theo Paphitis.
Jessamine Hislop-Newton, tweeted Theo about her business during ‘Small Business Sunday’, an initiative set up by Theo that runs weekly.
Theo re‐tweeted Jessamine’s message to his 460,000 followers and as a result, the business (www.littlepicklesmarkets.co.uk) has received a boost in followers on twitter. They are also profiled on a new website
(www.theopaphitissbs.com/profile/941/Little-Pickles-Markets) that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.
Jessamine, mum of five, and whose business organises baby and childrens nearly new sales, was invited to meet Theo and collect her winners certificate at the 2015 #SBS winners event in Birmingham in January.
Jessamine said, “Winning this award from Theo has giving our business a real boost, by recognising the hard work that has gone into building Little Pickles for the last four years and sharing the word with his following.
“Attending the #SBS Winners Event in Birmingham last month has given me the inspiration and drive to take Little Pickles Markets to the next level. We enjoy helping families save much needed money when raising a family and this boost is helping us reach many more families.”
