THE Bowerhill Bomber run on Sunday 19th July has been cancelled due to Covid-19.
“With all the uncertainty around of the reopening of mass participation events and taking everything into consideration – venues, medals, trophies, medical cover, insurance, your health etc – plus, following advice from various governing bodies, I feel the best decision is to cancel,” said Tracey Hyde from the organisers, Redfish Events.
“Although completely disappointing for all of us, I am sure you will agree this is the right decision. As we don’t know how long this is going to go on for and to make it easier, I have contacted and given a full refund to everyone that had already signed up.
“So, as it stands, these are the next 2 events: • September – Sunday 6th, Carnival Chase, 10K, 3K or 1.2K, Warminster https://www.entrycentral.com/festival/1951 and • December – Sunday 13th, Xmas 3K Fun Run, 3K, Westbury https://www.entrycentral.com/event/109722
“Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I look forward to seeing you in the not too distant future.”
