FINAL preparations for this year’s Carnival are being made and excitement is building for what is set to be another successful day.
The Carnival royalty are getting ready for the day’s events and have already been busy since they were crowned.
The committee has announced the booking of two bands for the procession which they think people will love. There is also still time to enter the carnival procession whether in a community group, school or business.
The programme is now on sale from various outlets in the town with spot the oddity. The committee is also looking for marshals to help just for a few hours on the day.
