MELKSHAM Choral Society is busy rehearsing for their spring concert.
The choral society will be performing at Melksham United Church on Saturday 9th April, from 7.30pm.
“The concert is devoted to the work of Gabriel Fauré with his beautiful Requiem taking centre stage, followed by other songs by him,” says the group. “If you have not heard these songs before, come and give yourself a pleasant surprise.
“The concert is conducted by music director, Paul Baddely, and sung by Melksham Choral Society.”
Tickets are £12.50 and young children accompanied by an adult are free. The Melksham United Church is opposite the former Lloyds Bank building in the High Street.
