Melksham Choral Society is holding their annual free concert at the Rachel Fowler centre on Thursday the 11th of July starting at 7.30pm.
The choir say, “This year we are singing an arrangement of Beatles songs, three lovely Irish songs – ‘The last rose of summer’, ‘The lark in the clear air’, and ‘Danny boy’. We will also perform Rogers & Hammerstein show numbers, plus solos and duets from various members of the choir. This is always a popular and well-attended evening It is a short concert, but we round the evening of with free drinks and nibbles and a chance to talk to choir members.”
