DESPITE only being at Melksham Oak Community School for a few weeks, Year 7 students have been already finding and writing stories of student achievement as part of their new school journalism club.
The school reports, “The journalism club trains student journalists to write about amazing students, staff and people in the community, while professional journalists and editors help in the training. “
Headteacher Alan Henderson said, “The young students have blown us away with their enthusiasm and talent. We look forward to seeing all the brilliant stories over the months to come.”
