SIMPLY Red and Newbury Races are the next port of call for Vision Tours’ day out from Melksham on Saturday 16th July.
The unmissable day of entertainment includes return coach travel from Melksham to Newbury, entry to the ‘Party in the Paddock’ Simply Red concert and Premier Enclosure entry for the races on Weatherbys Super Sprint Day.
The first race of the day is at 1.25pm, the last race at 5.15pm, and soul legends Simply Red will start at approximately 5.30pm.
Thirty years after bursting into the charts with ‘Money’s Too Tight To Mention’, Mick Hucknall and his band have sold 60 million albums and had top ten hits in the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
They will be taking to Newbury’s Party in the Paddock stage after a day of some of the summer’s best racing.
The Premier Enclosure comprises the Berkshire and Hampshire Stands as well as the Centenary Bar and Mill Reef Suite.
There is a wide range of outdoor and indoor food and drink options, including a champagne and seafood bar, and the choice of a sit-down bistro meal.
The enclosure is positioned directly in front of the winning post, with the best views of the racing and easy access to the parade ring and winners’ enclosure.
