Residents gathered on Friday 1st November for the town’s annual fireworks display, with over 2,000 attendees enjoying the show.
Held at Oakfield Stadium, home of Melksham Town Football Club and Melksham Rugby Club, the event featured a synchronised fireworks show set to music, drawing a large crowd to enjoy in the colourful display.
Alongside the fireworks, the event offered a range of activities, including food and drink stalls, fairground rides and laser displays.
Organised by Distant Thunder Fireworks and Light Fantastic, a portion of the proceeds from the event goes to the Melksham Christmas Lights Group.
Paul Weymouth from Light Fantastic said, “It’s been another superb event put on by our friends at Distant Thunder Fireworks and Light Fantastic, bringing another amazing firework display to the Melksham community.”
