Following the resignation of cllr Roy While, Wiltshire Council has a vacancy in the Melksham Without South division and is looking for nominations.
The Melksham Without South division includes Bowerhill, Berryfield, The Spa, Redstocks and the south of the east of Melksham housing development.
Forms of nomination for the Wiltshire Council unitary election may be obtained from the returning officer who will, at the request of an elector for the Melksham Without South area, prepare a nomination paper for signature.

Nomination papers must be delivered to the returning officer, between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, no later than 4pm on Friday 27th September.
Nomination papers can only be hand delivered to the following location; main reception at County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8JN.
Please note that nominations papers must be handed to a member of the electoral services team on arrival at the venue. If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday 24th October.
