LOCAL couple, Dan and Harriet Aldridge, have helped to raise £2,500 for the Trussell Trust, a charity that has a nationwide network of food banks.
The couple in their roles as Juice Plus ambassadors – a dietary supplement programme – decided at the start of the year to ‘give back’. Dan and Harriet organised a JustGiving page for the local team of Juice Plus ambassadors, clients, family and friends to donate to.
They said, “We picked a charity close to our hearts and each month we put a percentage of our earnings into the kitty. We have now raised £2,500 and it’s still growing. We hope that this inspires more people to give back.”
