West Wilts Credit Union has became part of a bigger community, stretching the whole of Wiltshire. Now known as Wiltshire Savings and Loans Credit Union, it has a membership of over 2,000 and growing.
Volunteer Maureen McCourtney says, “We are a not-for-profit co-operative owned and run by its members, for its members, and all of us are volunteers.
“We have a local collection point in Melksham Library every Friday 11.00am to 1.00pm and every Saturday 10.00am to 11.15am. Membership is only £2. Come and talk to us – we are ready to help. Alternatively, visit us online at www.wiltshire savingsandloans.org.uk or telephone 01722 421881.”
