Melksham and District Historical association are in need of photographs of the “out of town” shops that were in the suburbs of Melksham, ie, Forest area, Dunch lane, Beanacre, Atworth, and surrounding villages, or any shops that have long gone in the Melksham area away from the Town centre.
These are for a proposed future slide show, to be held at Melksham Assembly Hall. Any photos can be emailed to me at tonyandpambox@hotmail.com, or telephone 01225 793914. If you only have printed copies, we can copy them and return the originals.
