MELKSHAM Market will celebrate its first anniversary since it returned with a party and cake.
The market which has in that time moved from Church Street to the Market Place will have a celebration at their market on Tuesday 2nd September.
Markets Officer for Wiltshire Council, Tracey Morris said, “Throughout the past year, we have developed a core group of quality local traders and customers who enjoy coming to Melksham market every Tuesday come rain or shine. The traders would like to extend their thanks to the local community for their hospitable welcome and custom for the past year and look forward to increasing trader numbers and customers in the future.”
