
ROTARIAN Steve Pillinger was recently presented with the prestigious Paul Harris Award, Rotary’s highest award.
Steve, who was club president in 2007/08 and secretary from 2010-2013, was presented with the award at a club barbecue earlier this month.
Four current members of Melksham Rotary now hold the prestigious award with Steve joining Norman Drake, Peter King and Ken Jacomb
The Paul Harris Fellow Award – named after the club’s founder – is the Rotary Club’s highest honour, and is presented to those who have made a considerable contribution to Rotary projects or who have gone the extra mile to improve and enhance the local community.
