This year’s family fun day at Whitley Golf Club is already set to raise record sums for local charities.
More attractions, including ‘foot golf’ are planned for the event on Saturday 7th May. The popular novelty dog show will again feature in fund raising for Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Carer Support Wiltshire.
Early arrivals can enjoy breakfast from 8.30am. Hog roast and a catering stall are also on the menu. Popular golf games are open to all comers and special guests ‘Batman and Rapunzel’ will attend.
Seniors captain Keith Brooks said, “We were delighted with the public response to last year’s family fun day. The range of stalls, games and events made it a big success. With more attractions this year we can expect to raise even more for the air ambulance and carer support.”
Entry to the charity fun day on 7th May is free and there is ample parking.
