MELKSHAM Assembly Hall has a host of events planned for the coming weeks, with something to suit everyone in the community.
This Friday, 31st August, the Assembly Hall is hosting a roller disco, with sessions available to suit people of all ages and all abilities.
The two sessions at 2.30pm to 4.30pm, and 5pm to 7pm, are open to all ages. The third session from 7.30pm to 9.30pm is open to over 18s only.
Organisers say, “It’s just £6.50 per skater, including skate and safety kit hire, or £4 if you bring your own skates! We have skates in every size from toddler to men’s’ 12 – and our friendly marshals work hard so you can have fun and stay safe. Can’t wait to see you there!”
On Saturday 8th September, Fleetwood Bac, the world’s first Fleetwood Mac tribute band, are performing on stage at the Assembly Hall.
The authentic Fleetwood Mac tribute band will be heading to Melksham to replicate the classic ‘Rumours’ album. The five dedicated professionals will entertain audiences by sharing their passion for all things Mac.
Doors will open at 7pm and the concert will start at 8pm. Tickets are £18.50.
On Friday 14th September, the Assembly Hall will be welcoming Voodoo Room, a classic power trio. who will give a top quality performance by paying tribute to classic blues and rock pioneers such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Cream.
Doors open at 7pm and the concert will start at 8pm. Tickets cost £16.
