A plot of development land in the centre of Melksham is due to go to auction next month.
The 0.32-acre site, at 3 Lowbourne, was formerly the site of the Melksham Labour Club, which was demolished and cleared with vehicular and pedestrian access.
The site has already been granted planning permission for two schemes to develop either nine three-bed houses or 17 two-bed flats. The site has a guide price of £695,000.
The agents, Hollis Morgan, say that given the town centre location and having its own pedestrian access from Bank Street, the site also offers scope for a wide range of potential commercial uses, subject to consents.
The auction is due to take place on Wednesday 23rd April.
