A SUMMER football club has started at Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock encouraging children to get outside, play sport and interact with others throughout the summer holidays.
Sessions are being held on dates throughout August and are open to children aged eight to 12 years old.
The sessions are being led by Mike Hoar, who has been coaching Melksham Town Youth Club for the last 13 years, alongside his son Ben who coaches the Melksham Town under 10s team.
Both are experienced coaches, who have a level 1 in coaching football, safeguarding in children, emergency first aid and are DBS certified.
There are two sessions a day on the following days in August: 21st 9.30am and 11am; 24th 2.30pm and 4pm; 28th 9.30am and 11am; and 31st 2.30pm and 4pm. Spaces must be pre-booked and cost £4.99. All equipment is provided.
