The Garden Party and Mini Fete at Melksham Conservative Club on Bank Holiday Monday raised £301 for John Howell’s Garage Conversion.
“Thank you for everyone who help make the day such a high success,” said Sue Mortimer.
Winners of the Egg and Spoon races where Dani Taylor, Millie Hunt and Bradley Taylor. Runners up Freya Hunt and Megan Purnell. Paint a Rainbow competition winners were Megan Underwood, Millie Hunt and Jack Underwood. Runner up Megan Purnell.
Winners of the Junior Bake Off were Megan Purnell James Purnell and Evie Channon.
“Many children have requested that we do it all again soon; if there is another worthy cause for any Melksham resident I would consider doing something similar on the August Bank Holiday,” added Sue. “Please get in touch if you know of such a cause.
“We have one more event for John Howell and that is a barn dance on Saturday 25th June 7:00pm at Melksham Conservative Club.
“Thanks again for all the support for the events in the past and the future.”
