CHAMPION gymnast, Ruby Harrold, who has just won bronze at the World Championships, will be officially opening the new-look Wiltshire School of Gymnastics this month.
Excitement surrounding the reopening of the gymnastic school has reached fever pitch as Ruby helped Britain to win their first ever world team final medal at the World Championships in Glasgow last month.
Ruby made an important contribution to the teams final score putting down a solid score of 14.433 in the uneven bars.
Ruby said, “As a team we couldn’t have asked for any more. To have posted the high scores that we did was incredible and to walk away with this [bronze medal] was fantastic.”
The grand reopening will take place on Friday 27th November with the leader of Wiltshire Council Jane Scott also in attendance.
