THE Holt Scarecrow Trail takes place next weekend from Saturday 26th to Monday 28th August.
There will be around 40 scarecrows across the village to identify and this year the theme is television characters.
New for this year is a shorter children’s trail and fun competition.
All returned trail forms will be entered into the draw and there will be prizes for the person who guesses the most scarecrows correctly.
Trail maps are on sale from Holt Superstore and the village hall over the weekend of the trail only, from 10am.
