THERE’S non-stop entertainment at Melksham Assembly Hall in the coming weeks.
On Friday 22nd November, the Assembly Hall welcomes a John Lennon tribute show to the stage. Promoters say, “John Lennon Tribute UK’s show ‘Lennon Retrospective’ aims to take the audience on a journey through John Lennon’s best loved songs starting with his solo work and culminating in the early Beatles classics.
“The band is fronted by Lennon look-and-sound-alike Gaz Keenan.” Tickets are £15.
On Friday 29th November, Champions of Rock, the UK’s authoritative Queen concert show plays absolutely live in a two-hour rock spectacle!
Promoters say, “Join the ultimate celebration of one the biggest bands to have ever graced the stage – Queen. Champions of Rock recreates the magic, fun and showmanship of the band’s touring days, as they played to millions of people every year. Join us as we take you on a journey through the decades, with all 26 UK top ten hits and fan favourites, performed live with an electrifying band such as; Crazy Little Thing Called Love, I Want to Break Free, Somebody to Love, We Are The Champions, We Will Rock You and of course Bohemian Rhapsody.” Tickets cost £24.
Also coming up at the Assembly Hall is an 80s vs 90s Christmas party on Friday 13th December, and Neil Sands and his Christmas Memories show on Tuesday 17th December.
