Melksham Area Community Safety Group, together with Selwood Housing, is holding a crime prevention event to promote Neighbourhood Watch and SmartWater property protection on Tuesday 5th June.
Member of the local group, Colin Goodhind, said, “This will be an opportunity to discuss the benefits of being part of, or helping to set up, a Neighbourhood Watch scheme and see SmartWater in action.
“Representatives from the police will also be available and this is an ideal opportunity to discuss community safety issues that concern you and look at ways we can help you address these concerns. The event is being held at the Forest Community Centre from 4pm to 7pm and everyone is welcome.”
