The second was the sale of 4 Avro Way which extends to 4744 sq ft and was sold to local housing association Selwood Housing Group.
“Plastic Engineering Solutions already occupy a unit on the Bowerhill Estate and were looking for additional space for some of their larger machinery. Selwood Housing Group’s repairs and improvements social enterprise, Silcoa, will now occupy the unit on Avro Way.”
