MELKSHAM company The Natural Stone Tile Gallery Ltd recently won ‘Fixer of the Year’ at The Tile Association Awards 2016.
Owner of The Natural Stone Tile Gallery, Lee Featherstone, was one of six finalists in the category and was voted for by the public.
Lee said, “I attended the awards with an open mind and not really expecting to win as the competition was so high. When they called my name out, I was over the moon – it’s brilliant to be recognised for the work I do.”
In his nomination it said, “Lee’s approach is to offer as much advice as he can so you have a clear picture of how the finished job will look. He is enthusiastic by nature and is keen to pass on his considerable knowledge with regards to which design, pattern, tile size and tile type will best suit the project in hand.
“From detailed quotation to job completion, Lee works alone as he openly admits he cannot trust anyone to meet his standards. Naturally, such attention to detail means he is in constant demand, but his work ethic often means long hours to ensure the job is completed on time.”
