The next lunchtime recital at the Rachel Fowler Centre will be on Thursday 23rd May and will feature two of the singing teachers from Stonar School, with accompaniment by Nick Goodall, the head of music.
Organisers say, “The two sopranos are Susan Coates and Sophie Meehan. Both are well known at the Rachel Fowler Centre and promise to provide an excellent and stunning performance.
“Two weeks later, on Thursday the 6th June, our recitalist is Hilary Clifton and her accompanist will be Sue Law. Again, both are stalwarts of the Rachel Fowler Centre and as for their performance – anything goes!
“The recitals all begin at 12.30pm and last about 45minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon. There is no charge but donations towards the Rachel Fowler Centre are always welcomed.”
