MELKSHAM Seniors are screening the British film ‘Marvellous’, a true story about Stoke City Football Club’s kit-man, for its next Monday Movies session.
The film, screening on Monday 20th June at Melksham Assembly Hall, stars Toby Jones as Neil Baldwin. Based on a true story, Marvellous tells the funny, moving and surprising true story of Neil Baldwin who refused to accept the label of learning difficulties and who carved out an extraordinary life as a circus clown, lay preacher, university welfare officer and kitman for Stoke City Football Club.
Doors open 1.30pm and the film starts at 2.00pm. Everyone is welcome.
