AWARD-winning Melksham Music and Drama are all set to entertain audiences with their new production called Musical 5Tunes – where you can experience a West End musical without leaving Melksham and without having to pay West End prices.
You will be able to experience The Book of Mormon, Shrek:The Musical, Jersey Boys and Rock of Ages, as they sing and dance their way through five numbers from each musical.
Rehearsals are well under way and Ali Turrell, co-director said, “The cast have really raised the bar with this show and have been learning some very challenging dance routines. Everyone has risen to that challenge and are excited to be performing this show.”
Sarah Hodges, also co-director added, “The cast have really worked hard to perfect the songs and dances so we just need an audience now to perform to.”
So if you like musicals, then get yourself a ticket and settle down for the evening and prepare to be entertained. The show dates are 1st and 2nd September and the 8th and 9th September.
