MELKSHAM Area Extended Services will be having its annual general meeting later this month.
The meeting is open to all members and will be held on Wednesday 24th September at Melksham Town Hall from 5.00pm.
Business conducted will include: the chair’s welcome, apologies, minutes of 7th February’s meeting, adoption of reports, election of directors, motions, the date of the next meeting, and any other business. Charity members have the right to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006. Proxies should be in writing and sent to Angie Rawlins at Melksham Town Hall, Market Place, Melksham SN12 6ES, or email angela@melkshames.org.uk not less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
