Profile: Extended Services (Melksham Area) is a small local charity working with children, young people and their families in Melksham.
Angie Rawlins, manager Extended Services (Melksham Area) explains, “Our trustees are all volunteers made up from across the community, including some in the teaching profession and others who have different skills and talents they use to support our work.
“Our Mission Statement: To work as a community to provide all children and young people with opportunities to thrive, develop and participate.
“The position(s): As a trustee, you will be responsible for the running of the charity and overseeing the employment of staff, volunteers and finances.
“We are looking to expand the number of our trustees to ensure that we have the skills, knowledge enthusiasm and commitment to help us develop the charity and provide real opportunities for the children and young people in Melksham.”
