A MELKSHAM man has found an army cap badge in his new home and is looking to reunite it with the owner’s daughter.
Brian Youd bought his home in Birch Close, Bowerhill, from local man Bill Reed, an elderly gentleman who has now died.
Brian came across the badge for the rifle brigade in its original box and would like to reunite it with Mr Reed’s daughter Felicity, or ‘Pip’ as known by many.
Brian said, “If it did indeed belong to her father, Bill Reed, then she might be pleased to have it.”
If any readers know where Felicity may be, then please contact Melksham News so we can put Brian in contact and reunite her with her father’s army badge.
