Melksham families have a new place to play, relax and connect as Mighty Minis Play Café officially opened on 12th December at Avonside Enterprise Park.
The Mayor of Melksham, Cllr Saffi Rabey opened the cafe, which is designed with young children and their grown-ups in mind.
The interactive play cafe is being launched by three Melksham mums – Sarah Hodges, Lisa Hargreaves and Ali Turrell – who met through the local drama group Melksham Music and Drama.
“We’re excited to bring something new to the community,” they said. “Our goal is to create a warm, inclusive place where families can make memories, meet others and enjoy time together, especially during those all-important early years.
“Mighty Minis combines a thoughtfully designed play space with a welcoming café environment, creating a safe and engaging setting for little explorers. The venue offers a range of imaginative play areas, sensory activities, and cosy corners perfect for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Parents and carers can enjoy quality coffee, snacks and a calm, friendly space to unwind while their children play.”
Bookings are now open and advance reservations are recommended to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Sessions can be booked online at www.mighty-minis.co.uk
