A NEW weekly group, ‘Nature and Art Friends’ begins this week at ‘that meeting space’, formerly the Art House Café.
The group, which launches on Thursday 17th February, formed after a four-week course ‘Noticing Nature’ with artist James Aldridge.
The group explains, “The Nature and Art Friends decided that they had gained so much in confidence and wellbeing from the course that they wanted to continue meeting. They have each found great enjoyment in exploring nature and expressing it through different artistic media.
“If you would like to join this fledgling group, come along to ‘that meeting space’ from 1:30pm to 3pm on a Thursday – all abilities (or none!) welcome.”
