BRISTOL cafe company Grounded is set to open its newest coffee shop in Melksham this June, in the former Asher’s Cafe on the High Street.
A Grounded spokesperson said, “We’re thrilled to announce that work has begun on our latest addition to the family, Grounded Melksham!
“This building has housed a cafe for 56 years, and many local residents have fond memories of it; we hope that Grounded can add to this impressive history. If all goes according to plan, we will be opening towards the end of June 2016.”
Grounded is an independent group of coffee shops with six ‘cafe bars’ in Bristol and one in Corsham. It serves coffee, hot and cold food, and alcoholic drinks. The company prides itself on becoming part of the local community and being environmentally friendly.
