The opening hours of the Town Hall will be extended from November.
Currently, the Town Hall is open to the public from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, with officers available only for phone calls on Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.
The new hours will also see the Town Hall open on Fridays until 4.30pm.
Sarah Askew, communications officer for the town council said, “This will provide the public with an additional weekday to book Assembly Hall tickets, pick up local information leaflets, and view the soon-to-be-unveiled displays from the Melksham & District Historical Association.”
The Town Hall opening hours from Friday 1st November 2024, are as follows: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.
