THE next lunchtime recital at the Rachel Fowler Centre will take place on Thursday 8th November, featuring Jane Hunt from Bath.
Lesley Windebank, organiser of the recitals said, “Jane Hunt has a most beautiful soprano voice and an easy and delightful rapport with her audience. Jane is going to take us on a ‘walk through autumn’ with English and French songs.
“Her accompanist, Clive Pollard, is driving down from London to play for her.”
The recital begins at 12.30pm and lasts around 45 minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon. There is no charge, but donations towards the expenses of the centre are welcomed.
