AN election has been called for a vacant seat in the Bowerhill ward on Melksham Without Parish Council.
The seat has become vacant as Mike Mills has retired due to ill-health. Mike had been with the Melksham Without Parish Council for 28 years. More infor- mation will be available at the full council meeting on Monday 22nd January when a date for the by-election will be announced.
