Melksham Blue Pool sees the return of their popular swim co-ordinator Sara Phelps, and has some places available on their weekly Learn to Swim programme.
The programme follows the ASA Learn to Swim framework catering for children of all ages and abilities. Swimming lessons can develop your child from beginner to elite as well as having fun, building confidence and developing a vital life skill.
Children can start swimming at the Blue Pool from as young as two. In addition to the weekly programme there are intensive swimming lessons which run during the school holidays including this half-term, Tuesday 16th to Friday 19th February.
And for adults – it’s never too late to learn or improve your technique. Adult swimming lessons take place on a Sunday afternoon at 5.00 – 5.45pm. The session is taken by an experienced level 2 swimming teacher who gives support and guidance, and helps build confidence. Join other like-minded people and give it a go.
Joining the Learn to Swim programme also entitles you to unlimited free swimming during ‘All Welcome’ sessions, giving people plenty of opportunity to practise in their own time.
