FOLLOWING the recent success of the second Melksham Comic Con work is due to start on next year’s event, with the AGM set to take place.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 2nd October from 7.00pm-9.00pm in the town hall.
Official AGM formalities will commence from 7.00pm, with the final half of the meeting being an open forum for people to register their interest, skills and expertise to the group. Following the meeting, the commitee will then contact all parties regarding future meetings and involvement.
Organiser Hayley Spencer said, “After such a successful event this year, the planning already has to start for next year when we want to be bigger and better. We encourage anyone interested in getting involved or finding out more to come along to the AGM.”
Anyone interested in being involved in the 2014 event, which is due to take place over two days for the first time, are encouraged to attend the AGM.
